Find Your IMEI
- Power on the MiFi and connect via WiFi
- Open a browser and go to 192.168.1.1
- Log in with default credentials (check the device label)
- Go to Device Information and copy the 15-digit IMEI
- Alternatively, check the sticker under the battery
Purchase Your NCK Code
- Go to our Alcatel 10-Digit Unlock Code page
- Enter your IMEI number and email address
- Complete the payment — your 10-digit NCK will be emailed to you
Enter the Unlock Code
- Insert a SIM from a different carrier
- Power on and go to 192.168.1.1
