Service Cancellation
- Once an order is in process, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
- Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to global issues. In case of service delays, we ask for your patience. Please refrain from requesting cancellations during such times.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
- To be eligible, the service must be unused (unlock code not yet applied to the device).
- If the unlock code does not work due to an error on our part, a refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Items
- Services that have already been delivered or activated are not eligible for a refund.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount may also be ineligible for refunds unless stated otherwise.
- Remote unlock services are non-refundable once the session has been initiated.
Requesting a Refund

- We will review your request within 24 hours and notify you of the outcome.
Refund Processing
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 24 hours.
- If you haven’t received a refund within this time, please check with your bank or contact us for further assistance.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect code, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Please contact us within 24 hours to arrange this.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider — it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
