How to use it
- Enter your access code to download. Open the download page and type the code we sent you. It looks like
TUH-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXand comes by WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. - Run it. Windows may ask for administrator permission — click Yes.
- Enter the same code in the app.
- Leave the window open. Your agent can now reach your PC for the unlock. When you close the window, the session ends.
If Windows SmartScreen shows a warning
You may see “Windows protected your PC”. This appears for new apps that haven’t been seen by Microsoft yet. Click More info, then Run anyway. The app is safe — it’s published by Tech Unlock Hub and is the same file your unlock agent uses every day.
The app is locked to your code. Only someone we’ve given a code to can download it, and it won’t do anything until you type your code in. Close the window whenever you like and the session ends.
